Traded to Indiana Hield was traded to the Pacers from the Kings on Tuesday along with Tyrese Haliburton and Tristan Thompson in exchange for Domantas Sabonis, Jeremy Lamb, Justin Holiday and a futur... Impact While Haliburton and Sabonis are the two headliners, the Kings were able to rid themselves of Hield's salary, as he's set to make $21.2 million next season and north of $19.2 million in 2023-24. Hield remains one of the NBA's best high-volume three-point threats, but he doesn't offer much else -- both in real life or in fantasy basketball. In 55 appearances for the Kings this season, Hield averaged 14.4 points, 4.0 rebounds and 3.3 made three-pointers while shooting a career-worst 36.8 percent from deep. He'll likely fill a similar role in Indiana, especially with both Lamb and Holiday now out of the picture. Hield may even slide into the starting lineup if Malcolm Brogdon (Achilles) continues to miss time.
