Ben Sheppard - Pops for 14 points ThursdaySheppard tallied 14 points (5-10 FG, 2-6 3PT, 2-2 FT), three steals, one rebound and one assist in 28 minutes during Thursday's 121-116 preseason win over Charlotte.
ImpactSheppard provided the Pacers with a nice boost off the bench, something they will be hoping to see more of during the season. Although Bennedict Mathurin is likely to be the first guard off the bench, he is by no means a lock to hold down that position given his inconsistencies. Sheppard has proven an ability to be a sparkplug scorer and should Mathurin struggle to begin the season, the coaching staff may opt to shift Sheppard up in the rotation.

Aaron Nesmith - Quiet in preseason winNesmith finished with four points (2-7 FG, 0-2 3PT), one rebound and one block in 21 minutes during Thursday's preseason win over the Hornets.
ImpactNesmith was back in the starting lineup but struggled to find any rhythm. Although he is slated to be a starter come Opening Night, Nesmith's fantasy game is relatively limited. He could very well have pockets of value throughout the season but it's hard to see him being anything more than a streamer, barring injuries to other key players.

Myles Turner - Lands team-high 18 pointsTurner totaled 18 points (7-10 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block in 25 minutes during Thursday's preseason win over the Hornets.
ImpactTurner did a bit of everything in the win, something managers will be hoping can translate into the regular season. His fantasy floor remains relatively safe due to his elite block production. However, underwhelming rebound numbers and a tendency to be passive on the offensive end can limit his upside. With that said, he should be targeted in the middle rounds of drafts, often going off the board in the 50s, along with a host of other center-eligible players.

Tidjane Salaün - Grabs 14 boards ThursdaySalaun amassed seven points (2-11 FG, 2-7 3PT, 1-2 FT), 14 rebounds, two assists and one block in 32 minutes during Thursday's 121-116 preseason loss to the Pacers.
ImpactSalaut shifted to the bench, allowing Seth Curry to slide into the starting lineup. Although his shot was not falling, Salaun found other ways to contribute, hauling in an impressive 14 rebounds. His role remains somewhat uncertain, but could certainly increase as the season progresses. He is not worth drafting in standard leagues but should the Hornets opt to lean into their youth at any point, he could pop up on the radar.

Nick Richards - Efficient in starting roleRichards finished with 10 points (5-6FG), five rebounds and one block in 13 minutes during Thursday's preseason loss to Indiana.
ImpactRichards continues to start at the center position for the Hornets with Mark Williams unavailable due to a foot issue. There is no certainly Williams will be ready to go on Opening Night, making Williams a viable short-term streaming option, even in standard formats.

Brandon Miller - Leads all scorers in lossMiller produced 20 points (6-10 FG, 5-7 3PT, 3-3 FT), one assist and one steal in 19 minutes during Thursday's preseason loss to the Pacers.
ImpactMiller continues to shine on the offensive end, leading all scorers despite the loss. Even with the return of LaMelo Ball, it appears as though Miller is not going to be shy when it comes to getting shots up. Although his overall game remains a little unproven, Miller is firming as a solid mid-round target in standard league drafts.
