Isaiah Thomas - Inks second 10-day dealThomas signed a second 10-day contract with the Hornets on Saturday.
ImpactThomas appeared in three games during his first 10-day, and he averaged 9.7 points on 7.7 shots, 2.0 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.0 steals in 13.7 minutes. He's given Charlotte solid backup minutes at point guard.

Willy Hernangomez - Perfect from field in lossHernangomez ended with 15 points (6-6 FG, 3-4 FT), six rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal over 22 minutes during Friday's 142-120 loss to the Hornets.
ImpactHernangomez bounced back from a scoreless performance during his last outing to notch his third double-digit scoring night over his last five games. When the sixth-year center plays over 20 minutes (13 games), he's averaged 14.3 points, 9.7 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 25.3 minutes per game. With CJ McCollum (COVID-19 protocols) and Brandon Ingram (hamstring) sidelined for the foreseeable future, there should be plenty of minutes to go around, especially given New Orleans opted to run with a bigger lineup Friday.
MARCH 12, 2022ROTOWIRE
Trey Murphy III - Explodes for 32 points off benchMurphy posted 32 points (12-20 FG, 7-12 3Pt, 1-2 FT), nine rebounds and two assists over 28 minutes during Friday's 142-120 loss to the Hornets.
ImpactMurphy was recalled to the Pelicans on Wednesday and put on a show Friday. The rookie had played fewer than five minutes in each of his last five appearances at the NBA level, but with CJ McCollum (COVID-19 protocols) and Brandon Ingram (hamstring) both sidelined, he garnered an increased role off the bench and didn't disappoint. Before Friday, Murphy had scored in double figures just once -- 12 points against the Pistons on Feb. 1 -- and had grabbed a season-high six rebounds on three separate occasions. Given his career-high performance, the two-way player out of Virginia figures to have earned an increased role down the stretch.
MARCH 12, 2022ROTOWIRE
Naji Marshall - Excels in first startMarshall racked up 14 points (5-10 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, seven assists and three steals across 29 minutes during Friday's 142-120 loss to the Hornets.
ImpactWith CJ McCollum (COVID-19 protocols) and Brandon Ingram (hamstring) both out, Marshall drew his first start of the season. The second-year pro out of Xavier made the most of his opportunity, as he scored in double figures for just the seventh time during the campaign and dished out a season-high seven assists. He also displayed his defensive instincts, registering at least three steals for a third time this season. As long as the aforementioned duo remains sidelined, Marshall should continue to garner plenty of opportunities.
MARCH 12, 2022ROTOWIRE
Devonte' Graham - Solid production in startGraham logged 19 points (7-14 FG, 4-10 3Pt, 1-1 FT), four rebounds, seven assists and three steals over 34 minutes during Friday's 142-120 loss to the Hornets.
ImpactWith CJ McCollum (COVID-19 protocols) and Brandon Ingram (hamstring) both out, Graham drew his first start since Feb. 15. The fourth-year guard recorded his most points since Jan. 31, his most assists since Feb. 8 and his most rebounds since Feb. 17. He also registered at least threes for a second consecutive game and for the seventh time during the campaign. As long as the aforementioned duo remains sidelined, Graham should have plenty of opportunities to replicate Friday's performance.
MARCH 12, 2022ROTOWIRE
Isaiah Thomas - Nails four triples off benchThomas closed with 14 points (5-8 FG, 4-6 3Pt), one rebound and one steal over 16 minutes during Friday's 142-120 victory over the Pelicans.
ImpactIn his third appearance for the Hornets, Thomas caught fire from the outside and sank a season-hgh four three-pointers en route to his fourth double-digit scoring outing of the season. The lefty point guard's 10 day contract is expiring soon, but time will tell if he produced well enough to earn a second contract from the Hornets. Across three appearances with Charlotte, he's averaged 9.7 points, 2.0 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.0 steals in 13.7 minutes per game.
