Jarrett Allen - Could miss rest of regular seasonCavaliers head coach J.B. Bickerstaff acknowledged Tuesday that he's uncertain if Allen (finger) will be back before the end of the regular season, Kelsey Russo of The Athletic rep...
ImpactA determination has yet to be made regarding whether Allen will require surgery to address the fractured finger he sustained on his nonshooting hand in Sunday's win over the Raptors. If Allen is able to avoid surgery, he would likely face a shorter recovery timeline, but in any case, he's expected to require multiple weeks of healing time. Allen sounds like he'll have a good chance to make it back for the Cavaliers' postseason run, but fantasy managers in redraft leagues may be best off dropping him for a healthy player at this time.

Moses Brown - Lands with ClevelandBrown agreed Wednesday with the Cavaliers on a 10-day contract, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
ImpactWith Jarrett Allen (finger) in danger of missing the rest of the regular season, the Cavaliers will bring Brown aboard to restore depth at center. Brown may find himself outside of head coach J.B. Bickerstaff's rotation initially, but he could eventually supplant Ed Davis as the preferred backup option behind Evan Mobley, who moved over from power forward to center when Allen was out of the lineup in Tuesday's win over Indiana.

Duane Washington Jr. - Scores 15 in 18 minutesWashington finished with 15 points (6-8 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 1-3 FT) and one assist across 18 minutes in Tuesday's 127-124 loss to the Cavaliers.
ImpactWashington has now hit double figures in the scoring column in three straight games, but aside from drilling three-pointers at an excellent rate (9-for-16, 56.3 percent), he's providing little else to support his offense. During that same three-game stretch, he's averaging only 1.0 rebounds, 1.0 assists, 0.3 steals and 0.3 blocks, so he shouldn't be viewed as anything more than a deeper-league roster option in eight- and nine-category formats.

Isaiah Jackson - Swats three shotsJackson finished with 12 points (6-7 FG), eight rebounds, three blocks and one assist in 22 minutes Tuesday in the Pacers' 127-124 loss to the Cavaliers.
ImpactJackson avoided the foul trouble that limited him to just eight minutes two days earlier against the Wizards, but he was still part of a timeshare at center with Goga Bitadze (15 points, nine rebounds), who also produced well during his time on the court. Though he hasn't surpassed 27 minutes in any of his six games since entering the starting five, Jackson has been a useful asset in 12-team leagues for managers seeking help in blocks (2.9 per game) and field-goal percentage (67.3 percent shooting on 7.0 attempts per game) in particular.

Jalen Smith - Keeps producing in bench roleSmith tallied 15 points (5-9 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT), five rebounds and one block across 28 minutes Tuesday in the Pacers' 127-124 loss to the Cavaliers.
ImpactAfter he averaged 11.0 rebounds per game over a stretch of four contests from Feb. 27 through March 4, Smith has grabbed 11 boards in total between the Pacers' last two contests. His downturn in that category notwithstanding, Smith has continued to bring value as a source of efficient scoring, three-pointers and blocks off the Indiana bench. Through his first four games of March, Smith is averaging 14.3 points, 1.3 three-pointers and 1.0 blocks while converting 56.8 percent of his field goals and 83.3 percent of his free throws.

Myles Turner - Could resume live work soonPacers head coach Rick Carlisle said Friday that Turner (foot) is making good progress and could resume practicing at some point this week, Bally Sports Indiana reports. "He's doin...
ImpactFollowing Tuesday's 127-124 loss to the Cavaliers, the Pacers won't play again until Saturday in San Antonio, so Carlisle could provide another update on Turner during the next three days based on what the center is able to do in practice, if anything. Turner has been sidelined since mid-January with a left foot fracture, and given that the 22-45 Pacers aren't legitimate contenders for a spot in the Eastern Conference play-in tournament, the team isn't incentivized to rush the 25-year-old back until he's 100 percent healthy and fully reconditioned.
