ImpactThe Timberwolves took advantage of a sloppy Cavaliers squad that committed 18 turnovers on the night, with all of McDaniels, Kyle Anderson and Jaylen Nowell coming away with multiple steals. McDaniels didn't supplement his defensive production with much on the offensive end, but he had averaged a respectable 13.8 points and 1.8 three-pointers per game on 55.6 percent shooting from the field over his previous four outings.

Though he won't be counted on to shoulder heavy usage in the continued absence of Karl-Anthony Towns (calf) and potentially Rudy Gobert -- who exited early Saturday with a groin injury -- Anderson should be locked into ample minutes while he's healthy and is capable of offering solid across-the-board contributions.

Raul Neto - Falls out of rotationNeto has not played in either of the Cavaliers' last two games since Ricky Rubio returned from a knee injury.

ImpactRubio made his season debut Thursday at Portland and was also active for Saturday night's loss to the Timberwolves.
