Officially out for restart Miller (Achilles) will not play for the Pelicans when the season resumes in Orlando, Andrew Lopez of ESPN reports. Impact There was initially some hope that Miller would be able to return from his torn Achilles tendon, but he'll play it safe and be held out when the season resumes. Miller suffered the injury in late-August of 2019 and was initially given a seven-to-eight-month timetable. As of last week, Miller was able to go through on-court work, but he hadn't had a chance to play 3-on-3 or 5-on-5.
