His 19 shot attempts marked his highest shot volume of the season, and although he failed to get anything going from three-point range, his increased opportunity helped him reach a respectable fantasy total. Mitchell's output should remain high during Fox's absence.

Mitchell has been impressive during the three-game stretch, averaging 17.7 points, 5.7 assists, 2.0 rebounds and 3.0 three-pointers per contest. He'll almost certainly see a reduced role whenever Fox returns, though it's unclear how long the star point guard will be out.

However, it was Mitchell's first outing with at least 20 points and five assists in the same game. Davis is expected to be sidelined for an extended period, but Fox may be back soon, so Mitchell's expanded role may be diminished sooner rather than later.
