Done for season Schroder (shoulder) has been ruled out for the remainder of the season, Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle reports. Impact Schroder was expected to miss his second straight game Wednesday due to a shoulder issue, but the Rockets have elected to shut him down for the rest of the season, along with fellow veterans Eric Gordon (groin/rest) and Christian Wood (hamstring). After being acquired by the Rockets ahead of the trade deadline, the point guard appeared in 15 games and averaged 10.9 points, 5.9 assists and 3.3 rebounds in 27.0 minutes per contest. In his absence, rookies Daishen Nix and Josh Christopher are both candidates for increased roles.
