Aaron Gordon - Efficient performance Thursday Gordon posted 16 points (5-8 FG, 6-6 FT), nine rebounds, three assists, one block and three steals across 37 minutes during Thursday's 103-97 victory over the Heat.
Impact Gordon can make an impact as a scoring weapon here and there, and while he's not a very consistent scorer when the Nuggets are at full strength, he might be in line for a more significant workload -- or at least more touches -- if Jamal Murray misses Saturday's trip to the Lakers due to the ankle injury he suffered against Miami. Gordon has no problems embracing a more significant role on offense and has looked good in recent games, hitting the 15-point plateau in five of his last six appearances.

Impact Jokic didn't have his best shooting performance Thursday, but he's so good and so influential for Denver, that he still finished just three assists away from recording a triple-double despite posting a subpar outing. Jokic is the engine that keeps the offense going for the Nuggets, and he's averaging a triple-double in February: 23.7 points, 13.0 rebounds and 10.4 assists while playing 34.7 minutes per game.

Impact Porter reached the 30-point mark just for the third time this season, but the fact that two of those performances have come near the end of February is certainly encouraging for Denver, especially with the immediate future of Jamal Murray looking cloudy due to the right ankle sprain he suffered in this same game against Miami. Porter could pick up a bigger role on offense if Murray misses Saturday's trip to Los Angeles to take on the Lakers.
