Nikola Jokic - Questionable for Tuesday's contestJokic is listed as questionable for Tuesday's contest against the Timberwolves due to right toe soreness, Mike Singer of The Denver Post reports.
ImpactJokic is banged up despite being needed for only 28 minutes in Sunday's 136-100 win over the Bucks, with the reigning MVP finishing with 18 points, a season-high 15 assists, nine rebounds and three steals. DeMarcus Cousins (foot) is also listed as questionable, so if neither center is able to suit up, the Nuggets will have to play small ball with Zeke Nnaji, JaMychal Green and Jeff Green as their primary options at the position.

DeMarcus Cousins - Questionable TuesdayCousins (foot) is questionable for Tuesday's game against Minnesota, Mike Singer of The Denver Post reports.
ImpactCousins was held out Sunday against the Bucks despite being initially labeled as probable, but he'll have a chance to return to the court against the Timberwolves. If he remains out, Zeke Nnaji and JaMychal Green should continue to see additional run.

Michael Porter Jr. - Officially done for 2021-22 seasonPorter (back) won't return this season as he continues to rehab following back surgery in early December, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
ImpactThe Nuggets never formally ruled Porter out for the season since he underwent surgery, and the door even seemed open for a possible late-spring or early summer return after he was spotted going through some light, on-court shooting drills earlier in January. Though Porter looks to be moving in the right direction, the NBA granted Denver a disabled player exception for the 23-year-old Monday, implying that he won't be returning in 2021-22. The Nuggets will have until March 10 to use the $2.7 million exception toward adding another depth piece to the roster. For now, the hope is that Porter, who signed a five-year, $172.6 million extension in September, can come back healthy for the start of the 2022-23 campaign.
