Scores 15 points Friday Bane ended with 15 points (5-14 FG, 3-9 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, three assists and one steal in 31 minutes during Friday's 120-105 loss to the Hawks.

Impact Bane needed 14 shots to score 15 points and was particularly woeful from three-point range, but he still ended as one of Memphis' best players in a game where the entire offense seemed to struggle. Bane has now scored 15 or more points in seven of his last eight contests.

Impact Bane had an impressive performance and was one of the Grizzlies' leading scorers in this tougher-than-expected win over a struggling Thunder team, and he delivered in other categories as well, ending just two boards shy of posting what would have been his first double-double of the season. Bane is fully entrenched as one of Memphis' go-to players on offense and has scored at least 20 points in four of his last five games.

Impact After a stretch of poor shooting, Bane has now put together a pair of strong performances, going for 24 and 28 points respectively. Enough can't be said about the steps forward Bane has been able to take this season, lifting his scoring from 9.2 to 17.8 points per game. The impending return of Dillon Brooks could complicate matters somewhat but to be honest, Bane has done more than enough to was must-roster status no matter what happens.
