Josh Christopher - Looks good in increased opportunityChristopher recorded 13 points (5-12 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, four assists and three steals in 26 minutes during Thursday's 142-111 loss to the Clippers.
ImpactThe Rockets trailed big for much of the contest, giving Christopher the opportunity to see more than his usual amount of time on the court. He responded with his highest scoring effort since Feb. 4, which happened to be the last time he played more than 25 minutes prior to Thursday. Christopher has flashed potential when presented the opportunity this season -- he is averaging 16.1 points, 1.7 three-pointers and 1.8 steals per 36 minutes on the campaign.

Christian Wood - Muted effort in returnWood notched 13 points (5-10 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-4 FT), seven rebounds, one assist and two steals across 25 minutes during Thursday's 142-111 loss to the Clippers.
ImpactWood returned to the lineup after a one-game absence due to an illness, but he wasn't able to offer his usual level of production in the blowout loss. The sixth-year center made half of his 10 field-goal attempts, yet he finished well below his season average of 17.5 points. Wood played only 25 minutes, and it stands to reason that his numbers will increase as his time on the court returns to normal.

Jalen Green - Leads Rockets with 21 pointsGreen notched 21 points (8-15 FG, 5-10 3Pt), two assists and one steal over 31 minutes during Thursday's 142-111 loss to the Clippers.
ImpactHouston was blown out Thursday, but Green enjoyed a solid offensive performance with five triples and a team-leading 21 points. He has knocked down multiple three-pointers in three straight contests and has shot a healthy 47.5 percent overall -- and 44.4 percent from beyond the arc -- over that stretch. Those numbers are vast improvements over his 38.7 percent field-goal rate and 31.1 percent mark from deep on the season.
