Re-routed to Milwaukee The Nets traded Crowder to the Bucks on Thursday as part of a three-team deal that sent Jordan Nwora, Serge Ibaka and George Hill to the Pacers and five second-round draft picks to... Impact Crowder was one of three players dished to Brooklyn earlier Thursday as part of the haul that sent Kevin Durant to the Suns, but the 32-year-old forward never appearing to be a long-term fit on a Nets roster that could be in rebuilding mode. As a result, Crowder's move to another Eastern Conference heavyweight in the Bucks wasn't entirely unexpected, as Milwaukee had already been in touch with Phoenix in trade conversations before the Durant deal was consummated. Crowder hasn't appeared in a game this season while awaiting a trade, so if nothing else, he should be fresh when he joins his new squad. Crowder averaged 9.4 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.4 blocks while shooting 39.9 percent from the field and 34.8 percent from beyond the arc over 67 appearances with the Suns in 2021-22. Though he's reportedly been training on his own while he was away from the Suns, Crowder may need to go through a few practices before the Bucks are comfortable signing off on him making his season debut. As a result, don't expect him to play in either end of Milwaukee's back-to-back set in Los Angeles on Thursday and Friday.
