Impact It was a fantastic bounce-back performance from Jackson on Monday, with the sixth-year center coming off a four-point outing against the Magic on Saturday. It's the third time this season that Jackson has scored 40-plus points in game, as he's been the main offensive option with Ja Morant (shoulder) and Desmond Bane (back) out for much of the season. Since the All-Star break, Jackson is averaging 22.6 points, 6.1 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 1.9 blocks and 1.9 steals over 33.1 minutes per game.

Struggles badly Saturday Jackson contributed four points (1-9 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal in 26 minutes during Saturday's 118-88 loss to the Magic.

Impact The Grizzlies struggled badly in this one, and it felt like the game was out of their reach by the time the first quarter ended. The play of some of the most experienced players, such as Jackson, didn't help, as the big man has one of his worst games of the campaign while dealing with Wendell Carter, who posted a double-double, on both ends of the court. Jackson is just too talented to struggle at this rate on a consistent basis, however, and he'll look to bounce back Monday against the Pistons, where he'll probably match up against another promising big in Jalen Duren.

Impact Jackson led all Grizzlies players in scoring to go along with a pair of threes and a team-high pair of blocks in a balanced outing to pace Memphis in a narrow victory. Jackson, who scored 19 points in the second half including 12 points in the fourth quarter alone, has led the Grizzlies offensively as of late, surpassing the 25-point mark in three straight outings.

Impact The 24-year-old center hit for at least 25 points for the fifth time in nine games since the All-Star break, although Jackson has also missed five contests during that period due to a nagging quadriceps injury. He's averaging 24.0 points, 6.1 boards, 3.0 assists, 1.8 threes, 1.8 blocks and 1.7 steals over that stretch, but the Grizzlies may continue to give him regular rest given that they are already eliminated from playoff contention.

Impact Jackson returned following a two-game absence but was impressive on both ends of the court, filling out the stat sheet and keeping his remarkable scoring run alive. Jackson has now scored at least 15 points in all but one of his appearances since the beginning of January while also doing it in 25 consecutive games. He's averaging 24.6 points per game while shooting 44 percent from the field in that 25-game stretch.

Impact Jackson contributed on both ends of the floor, salvaging what was an inefficient night from both the field and the charity stripe. The Grizzlies have been rolling with a different lineup on a nightly basis over the past month, meaning Jackson's availability is far from certain. As long as he is on the floor, he is obviously a must-roster player. However, if you could move off him for any top 50 asset, it would be a sensible move.
