Fractured finger confirmed The Cavaliers confirmed Monday that Allen is out indefinitely after suffering a fractured left middle finger in Sunday's 104-96 win over the Raptors. Impact Allen's exit in the first half of Sunday's game was initially attributed to a left quadriceps contusion, and follow-up tests later revealed that the All-Star center was dealing with a more significant hand injury. The 23-year-old is set to undergo additional evaluation and treatment over the next several days, at which point a determination could be made on whether he requires surgery to address the injury. Even if he avoids surgery on his non-shooting hand and requires a shorter timeline for his recovery, Allen still looks like a good bet to miss at least a week of action at a minimum, making him tough to hold for fantasy managers in the midst of head-to-head playoff matchups. Evan Mobley is expected to shift over from power forward and see more time at center in Allen's stead, while the likes of Kevin Love, Lauri Markkanen, Ed Davis, Dean Wade and Cedi Osman could all see mild bumps in playing time.
