Impact Johnson will join Atlanta for training camp averaging 16.2 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game in the G League last season on 44/40/90 shooting. The 26-year-old will face an uphill battle to make the Hawks roster.

No longer with Golden State The Warriors have waived Johnson on Friday, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports.

Impact Johnson's tenure with Golden State was extremely short lived, as he signed an Exhibit 10 deal on Sep. 17 and was waived just three days later. He'll likely end up in the G League in 2024-25, either with the Santa Cruz Warriors or with another franchise.

Impact Johnson is familiar with the organization after featuring for their G League affiliate in Santa Cruz in 2023-24. Johnson will be with Golden State for training camp, but it's likely that he ends up back with Santa Cruz.
