Impact Poole has been playing off the bench in recent games, and it seems the move to the second unit has allowed him to bounce back from the tumultuous season he's had. It's only been three games off the bench, and while that's too early to draw conclusions, he's averaging 23.3 points per game, and he's likely to remain in that role for the foreseeable future.

Poole has been one of the most underwhelming players in fantasy this season, but perhaps moving to the bench might spark him up, as he used to thrive as a bench alternative during his Golden State days. Impact It's the fifth-year guard's best performance from beyond the arc since he went 6-for-11 from three-point range against the Magic on Dec. 26. Poole is struggling badly in his first season with the Wizards, and a brief hot streak in mid-January has quickly faded. Over the last 10 games he's averaging a paltry 12.0 points, 4.7 assists, 3.2 boards, 2.0 threes and 1.7 steals while shooting 35.5 percent from the floor.

Impact Poole has had several subpar performances throughout the season, but this might have been one of his worst ones yet, as he missed 11 of his 12 shots from the field and struggled to contribute in other categories. Poole has failed to reach the five-point plateau in three of his last six games, and that level of inconsistency certainly hurts his fantasy value, especially since Poole was expected to operate as Washington's go-to player on offense before the start of the season.
