Headed to G League The Sixers officially signed Jones to a 10-day contract Friday and subsequently assigned him to the G League's Delaware Blue Coats, Ky Carlin of USA Today reports.

Impact Jones will start his Philadelphia tenure in the G League. The 21-year-old big man will be available for the Blue Coats' game against the Birmingham Squadron on Friday.

Set to sign 10-day deal with 76ers The 76ers are planning on signing Jones to a 10-day contract, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

Impact Jones will bring some emergency depth to the center position in Philly, but as long as Mo Bamba and Paul Reed are healthy, it'll be tough for Jones to earn enough minutes to impact fantasy hoops. For now, he can safely remain on the waiver wire in most formats.
