Scotty Pippen Jr. - Productive on both ends in loss Pippen posted 21 points (8-14 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 4-7 FT), five assists and three steals across 34 minutes in Monday's 97-95 overtime loss to the Jazz in the Salt Lake City Summer League.

Impact Pippen's defense and ability to get a bucket were on display Monday, and he and Keyonte George provided a thrilling Summer League matchup. Pippen got solid playing time due to a litany of injuries while on a two-way pact with the Grizzlies last season, during which he averaged 12.9 points, 4.7 assists, 3.2 rebounds and 1.7 steals across 25.1 minutes. The 23-year-old also shot 49.3 percent from the field and 41.7 percent from deep, and he could prove to be a valuable backup option for the Grizzlies this upcoming year.

Zach Edey - Double-double to open Summer League Edey tallied 14 points (7-12 FG), 15 rebounds, four blocks and one assist across 34 minutes in Monday's 97-95 overtime loss to the Jazz in the Salt Lake City Summer League.

Impact Edey dominated the glass in an exciting matchup with Walker Kessler, a two-year professional of the NBA. The big man did turn his ankle in the beginning of the third quarter, but he returned to the game shortly after. Edey grabbed boards with ease, and put up four blocks as he patrolled the paint. The 22-year-old also set tough screens, showing a skill that the Grizzlies will look to pair with Ja Morant's explosiveness on the ball. Edey was dominant at Purdue, and in his last season there he averaged 25.2 points, 12.2 rebounds, 2.2 blocks and 2.0 assists in 39 games.

Impact Spencer was drafted with the No. 53 pick in the 2024 NBA Draft and has since put pen to paper on a two-way deal. This contract will allow him to continue his development and see regular playing time in the G League while also making him available to contribute at the NBA level as needed.

Impact Kennard put up a decent year, during which he averaged 11.0 points, 3.5 assists and 2.9 rebounds across 25.6 minutes in 39 regular-season games. Although, the sharpshooter did what he does best while averaging 45.0 percent from three in limited time due to injury. The Grizzlies will look to bring Kennard back, and avoid the injury bug that plagued their club in the 2023-24 season.
