Impact Gobert missed Minnesota's last three games while dealing with a left rib sprain, but he's healthy enough to suit up Friday evening. The big man is averaging 14.3 points, 15.0 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 1.0 steals and 2.7 blocks through six March appearances.

Impact The presence of Reid gives Minnesota some sort of stability in the frontcourt, as Karl-Anthony Towns (knee) is out and Rudy Gobert (ribs) will be a game-time decision. Reid is averaging 16.7 points, 6.9 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.4 blocks per game since the beginning of March while coming off the bench in six of nine appearances.

Impact The Timberwolves need nights like this from McDaniels if they hope to keep pace in the Western Conference. The Washington product is the best chance for the team to make up for Karl-Anthony Towns' (knee) absence, but he's struggled to stay consistent. The issue is exacerbated by Rudy Gobert's (ribs) absence, but McDaniels' effort shows that he is capable of shouldering a heavy load if shots are falling his way.

The dynamic playmaker registered his fourth consecutive 30-point game and came very close to a triple-double. The Timberwolves will lean on Edwards down the stretch as they continue to deal with Karl-Anthony Towns' (knee) missing output.
