Brandon Ingram - Out at least two weeks Ingram suffered a bone contusion in his left knee Thursday against the Magic and is expected to miss at least two weeks, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
Impact Ingram departed Thursday's game in the third quarter, and while he appears to have avoided a severe injury, he's still likely facing a multi-week absence. Trey Murphy and Naji Marshall are candidates to see increased run while Ingram is sidelined, and if the Pelicans can secure a playoff spot in early April, the team may give the 26-year-old additional time to rest ahead of the postseason.

Impact Williamson extended his streak of 20-plus points to seven games during Thursday's loss. While he has taken care of the ball better as of late, he was responsible for eight of the Pelicans' 18 turnovers against the Magic, which marks a season high for Williamson. He'll look to take better care of the ball Friday against the Heat in the second game of a back-to-back.

Impact His low playing time Thursday can be partially chalked up to the Pelicans being down big in the second half. That doesn't change the fact that Valanciunas has failed to reach 20 minutes in a game over his last seven appearances. Part of it has to due with Larry Nance getting big-man minutes off the bench, but New Orleans also tends to play small in the fourth quarter with Zion Williamson moving into the five spot. Valanciunas is capable of filling the stat sheet in limited minutes, as he's registered 31 double-doubles on the year, but he's averaged just 5.3 points and 6.7 rebounds over 17.6 minutes per game over his last seven games.
