E.J. Liddell - Exits without return Liddell exited Monday's Summer League contest against the Hawks with a knee injury and did not return, Andrew Lopez of ESPN.com reports.

Impact The rookie forward was helped off the court after an apparent knee injury in the third quarter and did not return to the game. The extent of the injury is still unknown.

Jose Alvarado - Resting after heavy workload Alvarado won't take the floor during Tuesday's Summer League contest versus Atlanta, Andrew Lopez of ESPN.com reports.

Impact Alvarado played a lot recently with the Puerto Rican National Team, and the Pelicans don't want to overload him during the summer session. Per Will Guillory of The Athletic, Alvarado is likely done for the remainder of Summer League and will instead presumably shift his focus to training camp in the fall. The second-year guard is fresh off signing a multi-year contract with the Pelicans and should log plenty of minutes off the bench again in 2022-23.

Dyson Daniels - Likely done for Summer League Daniels is unlikely to return to Summer League due to an ankle injury, Andrew Lopez of ESPN.com reports.

Impact Daniels' injury isn't considered serious, so he should be ready by the time training camp rolls around. The team will take precautions with the No. 8 overall pick, who finishes Summer League with just one point over eight minutes in his lone appearance for the Pelicans.
