Impact Jovic missed Miami's first three regular-season games due to a back injury and was suspended for the fourth before appearing in each of the last three contests and averaging 2.0 points, 0.7 rebounds and 0.7 steals in 7.3 minutes per game. The rookie has benefitted from Dewayne Dedmon (foot) missing a pair of games that opened up reserve center minutes for Jovic. Considering he may not be a regular rotation piece for the Heat and could spend time in the G League, Jovic shouldn't be considered anything more than a dynasty prospect.

Hit with one-game suspension Jovic has been suspended one game for leaving the bench area during Saturday's altercation between the Heat and Raptors, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.

Impact Jokic came away from the bench while teammate Caleb Martin and the Raptors' Christian Koloko were involved in a physical altercation during Saturday night's contest. Martin was also slapped with a one-game ban by the league office, while Koloko was fined $15,000 for his role in the skirmish. Jovic, who is yet to see the floor this season, will not be available for Monday's rematch against Toronto in Miami.
