Darius Bazley Out For Remainder of Season Due to Knee Injury The Oklahoma City Thunder have lost another member for the remainder of the year in Darius Bazley.
Done for season with knee issue Bazley sustained a non-displaced tibial plateau fracture in his right knee and will miss the remaining eight games of the 2021-22 campaign, Marc J. Spears of ESPN.com reports.
Impact Bazley suffered the injury during Saturday's loss to the Nuggets and underwent an MRI the next day. The third-year forward finishes the season with averages of 10.8 points, 6.2 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.0 blocks in 27.9 minutes per game. In his absence, Aleksej Pokusevski and Aaron Wiggins are both candidates for increased roles.
