Impact Following Thursday's blockbuster deal that sent Millsap and James Harden (hamstring) to Philadelphia, the two newest members of the 76ers roster took part in their first practice with the team. Though Philadelphia has already ruled out Harden for its final two games before the All-Star break while he works his way back into game shape coming off the hamstring injury, Millsap's status for games Tuesday against the Celtics and Thursday in Milwaukee is less clear. While Millsap isn't dealing with an injury, he hasn't appeared in a game since Jan. 13, as the Nets decided shortly thereafter to hold him out of action while exploring trade options for the veteran big man. Because of his prolonged absence, Millsap may need more than one practice to regain full conditioning, so he can be viewed as questionable for Tuesday's contest for the time being. Once deemed ready to play, Millsap could challenge Paul Reed for the top backup role behind MVP frontrunner Joel Embiid.
