Impact Dozier saw his first action since the 2022-23 season, logging three minutes in garbage time. After spending the previous season with Serbian club Partizan Belgrade, Dozier was signed to a one-year deal during the preseason. Unless the Timberwolves are struck down with multiple injuries, Dozier is unlikely to be anything more than a depth piece this season.

Agrees to one-year deal Dozier agreed to a one-year contract with the Timberwolves on Wednesday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

Impact Dozier spent last season with Serbian club Partizan Belgrade but will get another shot in the NBA during the 2024-25 campaign. He suffered a torn ACL in November of 2021 while playing with the Nuggets, and he played mainly in the G League during the 2022-23 campaign, spending time with the affiliates of the Timberwolves and Kings. Over 33 Euroleague appearances last year, Dozier averaged 9.2 points, 3.1 assists and 3.0 rebounds in 21.5 minutes per game.

Impact Dozier logged five minutes Monday, fresh off signing a 10-day contract with the Kings. After a promising start to his career, a knee injury derailed things, resulting in him having to work his way back via the G League. While this was a garbage-time special, it is great to see Dozier back on an NBA court. Whether he can stick in the rotation remains to be seen, and obviously, there are no fantasy implications here.
