The rookie began the season branded as Portland's point guard of the future, and although the season hasn't worked out as planned, it makes sense for for the team to give Henderson every opportunity to prove his worth. A promotion back to the starting lineup could be imminent, but Delano Banton's recent string of successful games may delay that move.

Impact Banton followed up his superior 30-point outing against Houston with another big total. Banton hit these numbers thanks to nine three-pointers over the last two games. After failing to catch on in Toronto and Boston, the Nebraska product has found opportunity amid Portland's decimated backcourt. His tenure in the starting lineup may be short-lived with the recent return of Scoot Henderson, but he's played well enough to justify an increase in minutes.

Impact Ayton proved to be the remedy to stop Portland's three-game skid although the Trail Blazers managed to g 2-3 without him thanks to a two-game tilt against Memphis. Ayton has been out for three extended periods totaling 22 games, and although multliple injuries have contributed to Portland's lost season, the team's fortunes would have been brighter with a healthy frontcourt. Ayton's return will move Duop Reath back to the bench and outside the realm of fantasy viability.
