Josh Hart - Expected to return MondayHart (rest) is not on the injury report ahead of Monday's game at Minnesota, Blazers reporter Casey Holdahl reports.
ImpactWith just over a month left in the regular season, the Blazers are beginning to kick their tanking strategy into high gear. Hart was held out of Saturday's game against Minnesota for rest purposes despite the fact that Portland hadn't played since Wednesday. After another off day Sunday, all indications are that Hart will be back in the starting five Monday night, but how many minutes he sees will be worth monitoring. After playing 37, 36 and 37 minutes, respectively, through his first three games in Portland, Hart has played only 27, 31 and 23 minutes in his subsequent three appearances.

Eric Bledsoe - Still out, no timetableBledsoe (Achilles) will not play in Monday's game against Minnesota, Blazers reporter Casey Holdahl reports.
ImpactBledsoe is yet to suit up for the Blazers since coming over from the Clippers at the deadline, and it's unclear if he'll do so before the end of the regular season. The veteran guard does not fit the rebuilding Blazers' timeline, so it wouldn't be surprising if he continues to take his time while the team prioritizes finding minutes for younger players.

Justise Winslow - Ruled out MondayWinslow (Achilles) has been ruled out for Monday's game against Minnesota, Casey Holdahl of the Trail Blazers' official site reports.
ImpactWinslow will be unavailable for a fourth consecutive game due to right Achilles soreness. His next chance to suit up will be Wednesday against the Jazz.

Anfernee Simons - Ruled out MondaySimons will not play in Monday's game against Minnesota due to a bruised left quad, Blazers reporter Casey Holdahl reports.
ImpactSimons apparently picked up the injury during Saturday night's loss to Minnesota, in which he played 40 minutes and posted 38 points, three rebounds and three assists to go with nine three-pointers. The free-falling Blazers, who've been blown out in four straight games, have little interest in winning games down the stretch, so it's very possible Simons is simply being held out for precautionary purposes. For fantasy managers, the hope is that he's back in action Wednesday at Utah.

Greg Brown III - Probable MondayBrown (illness) is considered probable for Monday's game against Minnesota, Blazers reporter Casey Holdahl reports.
ImpactA non-COVID illness kept Brown out of Saturday's loss to the Timberwolves, but he's made some progress Sunday and is expected back for Monday's rematch. Prior to Saturday, Brown had played double-digit minutes off the bench in 10 straight games, averaging 7.1 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.3 steals during that run.

Elijah Hughes - Expected back MondayHughes (illness) is considered probable for Monday's game against Minnesota, Blazers reporter Casey Holdahl reports.
ImpactHughes missed Saturday's game against Minnesota with a thumb injury, but it's apparently a non-COVID illness that lands him on the injury report this time. Either way, the Blazers are expecting Hughes to return to availability for Monday's rematch.
