DeMar DeRozan - Logs five steals in defeat DeRozan totaled 17 points (6-15 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 5-6 FT), five rebounds, five assists and five steals in Tuesday's 117-114 loss to the Jazz. Impact DeRozan could be the missing piece the Kings are searching for, but it will take some time for the veteran to fully realize his role. The Kings saw the benefit of a blue-chip scorer at the wing during Donte DiVincenzo's brief tenure with the team two seasons ago, and although Malik Monk has often given the team a spark with the second unit, the team has struggled with a proper first-unit combination for some time. If anything, DeRozan will help take the heat off De'Aaron Fox and Domantas Sabonis, which Kevin Huerter and Harrison Barnes were unable to achieve consistently.
