Justise Winslow - Headed to Toronto The Raptors signed Winslow (ankle) to an Exhibit 10 contract Friday, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Impact Winslow underwent season-ending left ankle surgery in March but is expected to be healthy for the 2023-24 campaign. He will likely start the year with the Raptors 905 of the G League. The 27-year-old forward hasn't played more than 48 games in a season since 2018-19.

Impact Boucher continues to draw starts with Jakob Poeltl (illness) sidelined, a sign that he's slated to be the top frontcourt reserve during the regular season. Boucher showed off his defensive prowess in his limited action but was also a little too aggressive at times. Boucher has an extremely unique skill set, but it remains to be seen if he can handle more than 20 minutes per game and still be effective.
