Impact Olynyk sat out Wednesday's game against Minnesota due to rest purposes, but he'll return to action following a minimal absence. He's posted double-doubles in two of his last five appearances, averaging 13.8 points, 8.4 assists and 5.8 rebounds in 29.6 minutes per game.

Impact Brown is in danger of missing his second straight contest Friday due to right knee soreness. If Brown is ruled out, Garrett Temple, Gradey Dick and Jalen McDaniels are candidates to receive increased playing time in his absence.

Impact Agbaji has missed the past three games for Toronto, but this is the first time he's received the "questionable" tag since going down, which indicates progress. We'll have a better idea on his status based on his activity level at Friday's shootaround, but if he is able to get back to the floor, there will be fewer minutes available for Gradey Dick and Jordan Nwora.

Malik Williams - Goes scoreless in starting role Williams registered zero points (0-7 FG, 0-2 3Pt), five rebounds, one assist, two blocks and one steal over 31 minutes during Wednesday's 133-85 loss to the Timberwolves.
Impact The Raptors put Williams to work right away after signing a 10-day contract with the team before tip-off. The Louisville product has been an apt scorer and rebounder for the G League's Sioux Falls Skyforce, and the 10 -day deal will keep him on the roster until the conclusion of the season. He obviously had little time to prepare for this start, but the team will see how the 6-11 big man fares against stiffer competition as they consider their options for next season.

Jalen McDaniels - Grabs eight boards in spot start McDaniels had 13 points (6-15 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-1 FT), eight rebounds and four assists over 37 minutes during Wednesday's 133-85 loss to the Timberwolves.
Impact McDaniels played for 37 minutes at the four in his first start of the season. The San Diego State product has failed to catch on with the team, averaging only 10.4 minutes on the floor over 45 games. He's now with his third team over five seasons, and although we may see more of him as the season draws to a close, it may be too late for him to show his stuff.

Jordan Nwora - Records double-double from bench Nwora closed with 14 points (4-9 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 5-6 FT), 13 rebounds and five assists over 30 minutes during Wednesday's 133-85 loss to the Timberwolves.
Impact The Raptors' rash of absences allowed Nwora to log 30 minutes off the bench, and he played most of the second half in the blowout loss. Toronto's horrific 15-game losing streak has put the the playoffs well out of reach, so we may see more of Nwora down the stretch as the team explores the depth chart in preparation for next season.

Jalen McDaniels - Starting Wednesday McDaniels will enter the first unit for Wednesday's game against Minnesota, Aaron Rose of SI.com reports.
Impact McDaniels will join Immanuel Quickley, Garrett Temple, Gradey Dick and Malik Williams in the first unit for the shorthanded Raptors, who only have eight players available. It'll be McDaniels first start of 2023-24 and a strong opportunity to score in double figures for the fourth time this year.

Impact Fresh off inking a 10-day deal, Williams will be jettisoned into the first unit with Gary Trent (back) unavailable Wednesday evening. Impact Temple will make his first start in a little over two years. He'll benefit from a slew of Raptors injuries, with the team only having eight available players for Wednesday's tilt. During his last five appearances, Temple is averaging 5.6 points, 3.4 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.0 steals.
