Fred VanVleet - Questionable again MondayVanVleet (knee) is listed as questionable for Monday's game at Brooklyn, Ryan Wolstat of the Toronto Sun reports.
ImpactVanVleet wasn't expected to play Saturday against Atlanta due to the knee soreness, but he started and posted 24 points (8-22 FG, 5-14 3Pt, 3-3 FT), three rebounds, nine assists and one steal in 35 minutes. It's a back-to-back set for Toronto with a rematch with Brooklyn set for Tuesday, and VanVleet could be rested for at least one of the contests depending how his knee is feeling.

OG Anunoby - Visiting specialist MondayRaptors head coach Nick Nurse said Anunoby (finger) will visit a hand specialist Monday, Eric Koreen of The Athletic reports.
ImpactThe meeting with the specialist should shed light on a potential recovery timeline for Anunoby, who missed the Raptors' back-to-back blowout loss Friday and Saturday to the Hornets and Hawks, respectively, due to a non-displaced fracture of his right ring finger. Even if Anunoby is able to avoid surgery -- which would require a lengthier recovery timeline -- injuries of this sort have typically kept players sidelined for at least two weeks, so fantasy managers shouldn't count on the 24-year-old being available at any point during Toronto's upcoming five-game week. Khem Birch, Thaddeus Young, Precious Achiuwa and Chris Boucher are all expected to notice slight bumps in playing time while Anunoby is out of commission.

Thaddeus Young - Solid all-around line off benchYoung produced 10 points (4-8 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 1-3 FT), two rebounds, three assists and two steals over 22 minutes during Saturday's 127-100 loss to Atlanta.
ImpactWhile the Raptors have been blown out by a combined 59 points over their last two games, Young has quietly emerged as a 20-plus-minute player off the bench. He's played at least 21 minutes in three straight games, and his outlook should be boosted by OG Anunoby's (finger) absence, which could span multiple weeks. To date, Young hasn't done quite enough to warrant "must-add" status, but his history of all-around production implies that he could be a solid late-season addition if the minutes are there. A year ago, Young averaged 12.1 points, 6.2 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 1.1 steals and 0.6 blocks in 24.3 minutes per game as a member of the Bulls.

Precious Achiuwa - Plays 30 minutes off benchAchiuwa provided 21 points (8-12 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 3-3 FT), nine rebounds, two assists and one steal in 30 minutes during Saturday's 127-100 loss to the Hawks.
ImpactThis was easily Achiuwa's best fantasy effort in quite some time, and while the blowout scenario made it difficult to truly gauge Nick Nurse's rotation, Achiuwa looks like he'll be in position to benefit from OG Anunoby's (finger) absence. In the two games since Anunoby went down, Achiuwa has played 24 and 30 minutes, respectively. He finished Friday night's loss to Charlotte with nine points, five boards, two steals and a block.

Trae Young - Drops 41 points in blowoutYoung registered 41 points (17-24 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 6-6 FT), 11 assists, four rebounds, one block and one steal in 37 minutes during Saturday's 127-100 victory over the Raptors.
ImpactComing off a poor effort in Thursday's loss to the Bulls (14 points on 3-for-17 shooting from the field), Young bounced back in a major way, pouring in 41 points for the second time in his last four games. Young also chipped in double-digit assists for the seventh time in the last nine games to notch his 46th career game with at least 30 points and 10 assists. Only eight other players in NBA history have produced more such games during their career.
