ImpactKuzma led the Wizards with 22 points, albeit on a lot of shots from both the field and the stripe. Elite percentages are not a strength when it comes to Kuzma's overall fantasy game, preferring instead to amass his points based on quantity. Despite some holes in his skill set, Kuzma should be able to flirt with top-100 value this season, at least until the Wizards lean into their youth come February.

Alex Sarr - Shifts to center FridaySarr amassed seven points (2-5 FG, 2-3 3PT, 1-2 FT), four rebounds and one block in 21 minutes during Friday's 113-95 preseason win over Toronto.
ImpactSarr shifted to center with Jonas Valanciunas moving back to the bench. Despite having the height to fill the center role, Sarr is yet to fully develop physically, meaning the power forward spot is likely his preferred position. There is no indication this was anything other than a preseason experiment, meaning Sarr should begin the regular season at the four.

Jordan Poole - Rough shooting night FridayPoole managed three points (1-7 FG, 0-6 3PT, 1-2 FT), two rebounds, two assists and two steals in 22 minutes during Friday's preseason win over the Raptors.
ImpactPoole was ice cold from the floor, missing all six of his three-point attempts. He is slated to be the starting point guard to open the season, providing him a relatively safe floor, assuming you can land him in the eighth or ninth round of drafts. The scoring could be inconsistent, as we saw here, but he should have a long leash given the Wizards are unlikely to prioritize winning again this season.

Davion Mitchell - Struggles in starting roleMitchell produced three points (1-3 FG, 1-2 FT), six assists and four rebounds in 27 minutes during Friday's preseason loss to the Wizards.
ImpactMitchell logged a team-high 27 minutes in the loss but failed to produce anything of note. While the six assists are nice, he is basically a non-factor on the offensive end, and for a defensive-minded player, his efforts don't translate to fantasy value. Assuming the Raptors are healthy come Opening Night, Mitchell has no chance of putting up standard league value.
