Impact With Ja Morant (ankle) sidelined, Jones drew his 14th start of the season and starred during the win over the Pelicans. He connected on a season-high 11 field goals en route to a career-high 27 points. The backup point guard also tied his season high with nine assists, a mark he's reached twice during the campaign. If Morant remains out Wednesday, which is Memphis' last game before the All-Star break, Jones will be a likely candidate for an increased usage once again.
