Anthony Davis - Out at least four weeksDavis (ankle) underwent an MRI on Thursday that revealed a mid-foot sprain, Broderick Turner of the Los Angeles Times reports. He'll be re-evaluated in four weeks.
ImpactDave McMenamin of ESPN.com reported after Davis left Wednesday's win over the Jazz that the star big man would be out for at least two weeks, but that timeline was pushed back further following Thursday's MRI. Since Davis will just be getting re-evaluated in mid-March, he could be sidelined until late March in a best-case scenario, given that he'll require some ramp-up time once cleared to resume basketball activities. The Lakers will likely lean on a collection of players to fill minutes in Davis' stead.

ImpactAfter pouring in a combined 31 points over the past two games, Horton-Tucker's offense went missing Wednesday, but the season-high four blocks helped make his final line more palatable. The third-year wing has performed respectably in the two defensive categories (0.9 steals, 0.6 blocks per game) this season, but his fantasy value likely won't skyrocket until he develops a more reliable outside stroke, as he's shooting only 27.3 percent from three-point range. Nonetheless, Horton-Tucker could see some extra playing time while taking on a more prominent role on offense for the Lakers coming out of the All-Star break, as Anthony Davis is expected to be sidelined until at least early March after spraining his ankle Wednesday.
