Deni Avdija - Back on injury report Avdija (heel) is questionable for Friday's game against the Clippers.
Impact Avdija returned to action Thursday following a two-game absence due to a left heel contusion and didn't face any restrictions, playing 43 minutes and grabbing 15 rebounds during an overtime loss to the Lakers. Given the hefty workload, it's not surprising to see Washington contemplating resting the forward for the second half of a back-to-back set.

Bilal Coulibaly - Remains out Friday Coulibaly (pelvis) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Clippers.
Impact Coulibaly will miss a third straight game due to a right pelvic contusion. Landry Shamet should continue to start, while Corey Kispert sees increased playing time off the bench. Coulibaly's next chance to suit up will come Monday in Utah.

Corey Kispert - Strong production off bench Kispert finished with 20 points (8-15 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds, six assists and one steal in 27 minutes during Thursday's 134-131 overtime loss to the Lakers.
Impact With Deni Avdija (heel) returning to action, Kispert retreated to a bench role following a spot start against the Warriors on Tuesday. However, he retained quality playing time as a reserve and continues to put up strong numbers regardless of his role. Kispert has scored at least 20 points in four of his last five appearances, averaging 18.4 points, 4.0 assists, 3.4 rebounds and 1.2 steals in 28.4 minutes during that stretch.

Tyus Jones - Continues elite distribution Jones ended Thursday's 134-131 overtime loss to the Lakers with eight points (3-7 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-1 FT), one rebound, 11 assists and two steals in 37 minutes.
Impact Jones has dished out at least 10 assists in six of Washington's last seven games. During that stretch, he's averaged 12.7 assists and just 1.6 turnovers. Despite Jones' elite point-guard play, Washington has lost 13 straight games and fell behind the Pistons for the worst record in the NBA with Thursday's loss.

Impact Avdija had missed the Wizards' previous three games with a left heel contusion, but he faced no apparent restrictions in his return, as he played 40-plus minutes for the third time this season. The fourth-year forward wrapped up a tremendous February on a high note, as he finished the month with averages of 20.1 points, 9.3 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.2 three-pointers in 33.9 minutes over his nine appearances while shooting 55.9 percent from the field and 69 percent from the charity stripe.

Patrick Baldwin Jr. - Misses G League game with back strain Baldwin didn't play Wednesday in the G League Capital City Go-Go's 120-115 win over the Wisconsin Herd due to a back strain.
Impact The Wizards haven't provided many details regarding Baldwin's injury, so he can be viewed as day-to-day until the club provides another update. The 2022 first-round pick has averaged just 7.6 minutes over 20 appearances for the Wizards this season, but he should see extended playing time whenever he's healthy and available for the Go-Go.

Marvin Bagley III - Turns in 23 points in defeat Bagley amassed 23 points (11-14 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 0-1 FT), four rebounds, one assist and two blocks over 34 minutes during Thursday's 134-131 overtime loss to the Lakers.
Impact Daniel Gafford's departure has been eased significantly by Bagley's acquisition, as the sixth-year pro finally has another opportunity to be a full-time starter. Since joining the Wizards, Bagley has averaged 12.9 points, 8.4 rebounds. 1.5 assists and 1.4 blocks over eight games.

Impact Although several years have passed since Kuzma donned a Lakers uniform, he usually steps up when facing his former team. He didn't disappoint, offering production in every major category during the losing effort. The Wizards have little to play for, but Kuzma should continue to be one of the team's top producers, further justifying his four-year $102 million price tag.

Impact Poole has flashed tremendous upside during his tenure with the Wizards, but there's a lot of variance when looking at his totals as a whole. His volatility is one reason why he continues to play with thew second unit, but he's difficult to bench once he gets going. Thursday was a perfect example of what Poole can do when he is dialed in. His dependability is still an issue, as he's failed to score in double-digits 10 times over 57 games
