The implication is that Jusuf Nurkic (leg) would take over for Hassan Whiteside at center, while Carmelo Anthony would likely start at small forward after Trevor Ariza opted out of playing in Orlando. For what it's worth, coach Terry Stotts did note that he hasn't ruled out starting Nurkic and Whiteside together.
