Back in Big Apple The Giants signed Jackson to a contract Friday, Art Stapleton of The Bergen Record reports. Impact Per Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, it's reported to be a one-year deal. Jackson spent the previous three campaigns with the Giants, compiling 176 tackles, 23 pass defenses (two interceptions), two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and a defensive TD in 37 regular-season games. Because fellow cornerback Cor'Dale Flott is considered week-to-week due to a quadriceps injury, there's a chance Jackson may have a heavy workload and may even start Week 1 against the Vikings on Sunday, Sept. 8.
