Cleared for Week 7 Brown (illness) practiced fully Friday and doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports. Impact Though he played 80 percent of the offensive snaps and turned in a relatively normal stat line (seven catches for 91 yards on nine targets) in Monday's 34-31 win over the Bills, Brown suggested he wasn't in optimal health after experiencing food poisoning following an ill-fated trip to Chipotle days earlier. He was still feeling the effects days later, as Brown was withheld from practices Wednesday and Thursday and even required IVs to regain strength after losing some weight due to the illness, per Turron Davenport of ESPN.com. Brown's return to full practice along with the lack of a designation suggests he's feeling much better Friday, and the expectation is that he'll see a full workload in what should be a high-scoring matchup with the Chiefs. Brown may even see more targets directed his way than usual, as fellow star wideout Julio Jones (hamstring) is listed as questionable for the contest and is uncertain to play.
