Impact Just last week, Brown mentioned that his practice reps could be limited all season after he had surgeries on both knees this past winter. His Week 1 workload wasn't affected, as he caught four passes for 49 yards and a touchdown on eight targets in a 38-13 loss to Arizona. Brown played 80 percent of Tennessee's offensive snaps, including 85.5 percent prior to the fourth quarter. He'll get the Seahawks in Seattle this week, likely seeing plenty of snaps and targets regardless of his practice schedule.

Impact Arizona's cornerback personnel is dubious at best and the Titans should have capitalized in the home matchup, but the entire Tennessee offense managed to fall apart. It certainly didn't help that quarterback Ryan Tannehill was subjected to five sacks from the Cardinals' Chandler Jones, but it's still puzzling that the Titans didn't get Brown more than eight targets and fellow wideout Julio Jones with Tennessee falling behind early. The Seahawks don't have the cornerbacks to cover Brown or Jones as Tennessee heads on the road for Week 2, but Tennessee needs to get better pass blocking and quarterback play to capitalize.

Impact The two banged-up wideouts ran routes at Monday's practice and did more work during Tuesday's non-padded session. Both are expected to play Week 1, despite seemingly missing more practices than they participated in this summer. In Brown's case, he's healing from an injury to one of his surgically repaired knees after undergoing procedures at the beginning of the offseason. That doesn't exactly sound ideal, but it could work out in his favor once the current issue is sorted out, as Brown reportedly played through knee issues all of last season, putting off surgery until the Titans had been eliminated from the playoffs. He should ramp up his practice participation in the coming days, with the goal of handling a full workload Week 1 against Arizona.
