Questionable, expects to play Week 14 Cooper (hip) will be listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bengals, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Impact Per Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram, Cooper, who injured his hip during practice Thursday, will be evaluated over the next couple of days before his status for this weekend's game is determined. Fortunately for those hoping to use Cooper in fantasy lineups, the Browns kick off among the early slate of games at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday. Cabot notes that Cooper believes he'll be cleared to play against Cincinnati.

Impact Cooper was rested during Wednesday's session, but now the wideout appears to be dealing with a legitimate injury. Cleveland will release its final Week 14 injury report Friday, when it will be known whether the Browns' top wideout approaches Sunday's contest against the Bengals with or without an injury designation.

Targeted nine times Cooper recorded four receptions on nine targets for 40 yards in Sunday's 27-14 win over the Texans.

Impact Cooper was expected to receive a lift in production with Deshaun Watson under center, but Watson showed considerable rust in his first game since Week 16 of the 2020 season. As a result, despite seeing a fairly typical rate of targets in the offense, Cooper sputtered to a poor game. In addition to the switch to Watson, the Browns could rely heavily on the run game thanks to a matchup against the Texans that they controlled throughout. That's much less likely to be the case in Week 14 against the Bengals, so Cooper should be in a decent position to bounce back.
