Impact Nick Bosa (15 sacks) continues to lead the San Francisco pass rush, but the emergence of Key in recent weeks has resulted in the absence of Dee Ford (back) going largely unnoticed. Despite not playing any more than 50 percent of the 49ers' defensive snaps in any game this season while serving in a rotational role, Key has amassed five sacks, with all coming in the last seven weeks. After failing to meet expectations with the Raiders as a third-round pick in 2018, Key appears to have untapped some of his considerable potential in San Francisco.
