Impact In what was easily his most productive game of the year, Seibert nailed a handful of field goals from between 31- and 47-yards out as the Lions found much more success than expected against the Rams' defense. While his fantasy expectations will remain low as long as he's attached to an offense led by Jared Goff, Seibert at least flashed the upside he can have in a game if everything breaks right.

Impact Seibert missed his first attempt from long range wide left but rebounded later on with a successful attempt from 49 yards out. However, Detroit fell down 38-10 halfway through the third quarter and the offense only went for touchdowns and two-point conversions from then on, limiting Seibert's opportunities. As Detroit's offense and defense will likely remain among the most underwhelming in the league, Seibert seems like one of the least reliable fantasy options at kicker.

Impact The landing spot is about as good of an outcome as possible for Seibert, who becomes the only kicker on Detroit's roster just one day after losing a job battle to Evan McPherson in Cincinnati. For fantasy purposes, the Lions' kicker isn't likely to make a dent this season, regardless of who holds down the job.
