Returns to practice squad Tremayne reverted to the Commanders' practice squad Monday.

Impact Tremayne received the promotion to bolster Washington's receiver depth with Noah Brown (groin) out of action. the Stanford product got on the field for five offensive snaps, seeing one target, which was caught for a two-yard loss.

Elevated from practice squad The Commanders elevated Tremayne from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.

Impact Tremayne has been with the Commanders since signing as an undrafted free agent in May of 2023. He's spent his entire NFL tenure on Washington's practice squad, but the 25-year-old wide receiver has a chance at seeing his first regular-season action Sunday against the Browns. He'll likely contribute on special teams and provide some insurance at wide receiver after Noah Brown (groin) was ruled out ahead of Sunday's game.

Brought back to practice squad Washington signed Tremayne to the practice squad Wednesday.

Impact Tremayne spent all of last season on the Commanders' practice squad after signing as an undrafted free agent in May of 2023. He wasn't able to crack Washington's 53-man roster this time around, and he will reprise his role on the team's taxi squad for the upcoming season.

Doesn't survive roster cuts Tremayne was waived by the Commanders on Tuesday, Sam Fortier of The Washington Post reports.

Impact Tremayne spent last season on Washington's practice squad, before inking a new reserve/future contract with the team in January. He's a likely candidate to be a part of the team's practice squad again in 2024, assuming he doesn't find a 53-man roster spot elsewhere.
