Impact Even though Emmanuel Sanders is inactive with a knee injury, there are still three healthy wideouts presumably ahead of McKenzie on the depth chart, so there's a risk he's relegated back to return duties despite an outstanding effort in Week 16. With Beasley and Davis both out last week against New England, the door was open for McKenzie to log a career game, catching 11 of his 12 targets for 125 yards and a score. Amended NFL protocol will allow the position group to get closer to full strength faster than expected, however, so it's unclear what might be left over for McKenzie, even in a favorable matchup against Atlanta.

Gabriel Davis - Candidate for added work Davis is a candidate to start and see a high snap share Sunday against Atlanta with Emmanuel Sanders (knee) inactive for the contest, Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic reports.
Impact Davis had been catching fire prior to missing Week 16 due to being placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list, as he had caught a total of four touchdowns in three games leading up to that designation. Amended NFL protocol will allow the second-year wideout to re-take the field against the Falcons, who are a bottom-3 team in terms of fantasy points allowed to wide receivers in PPR formats. Not only is the matchup favorable, but Davis will presumably get to work as a WR3 behind Stefon Digs and Cole Beasley. With Buffalo often using three wide receiver sets, the opportunity will at least be there to recapture the momentum he had been building in Weeks 13-15.

Impact Oliver has recorded two or more tackles in every game since Week 11, but his status for this week was in question after he served as a limited participant in each practice session. Impact There was a point this season in which Moss ended up as a healthy scratch for three of four games, but Sunday will represent the second contest in a row he'll make the active list in favor of Matt Breida, who is again a healthy scratch. Moss was on the field for roughly a third of the offensive snaps last week against the Patriots, but it amounted to just four touches, making his role this week quite a bit uncertain. Meanwhile, starter Devin Singletary saw 12 carries and six targets in the passing game, and has now averaged 12.6 carries per game over his last five contests.

Impact Sanders was able to bounce back from a knee injury that cost him Week 15 and even logged 62 offensive snaps against the Patriots in Week 16, but he missed practice both Thursday and Friday of this week. Reports from earlier Sunday morning suggested that he would not be cleared to suit up, and that will be confirmed with the official inactive report. With Sanders sidelined, look for more targets to be headed in the direction of Cole Beasley and Gabriel Davis, who will of course presumably trail top wideout Stefon Diggs in the passing game.
