Zack Moss - Four touches in Week 16 Moss rushed three times for 12 yards and caught his only target for 13 yards in Sunday's 33-21 win over the Patriots.
Impact Moss suited up for the first time since Week 13, with Matt Breida sitting as a healthy scratch. Devin Singletary dominated touches in Buffalo's backfield and finished with 78 scrimmage yards and a touchdown on 17 touches. The touchdown came from two yards out, so Singletary has supplanted Moss as Buffalo's preferred short-yardage option. Without a role near the goal line, Moss doesn't see enough volume to garner much fantasy consideration, even with a favorable Week 17 matchup against the Falcons up next.

Isaiah McKenzie - Career day in larger role McKenzie caught 11 of 12 targets for 125 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 33-21 win over the Patriots. He also rushed once for minus-1 yard.
Impact McKenzie hadn't been targeted more than three times in a game this season coming in but thrived in a larger role with both Cole Beasley and Gabriel Davis on the reserve/COVID-19 list. He opened the scoring with a three-yard touchdown reception and hauled in a 28-yard pass to set up a fourth-quarter Devin Singletary touchdown en route to career highs in targets, catches and receiving yards. Davis has already been ruled out for the team's Week 17 matchup with the Falcons, but Beasley could be back for that one, though McKenzie should retain a prominent role in the game plan against the beatable Atlanta secondary after this breakout performance.

Devin Singletary - Finds end zone in lead role Singletary rushed 12 times for 39 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 33-21 win over the Patriots. He added five catches for 39 yards on six targets.
Impact Matt Breida was a healthy scratch, and Singletary worked as the lead back over Zack Moss (three carries for 12 yards) in Buffalo's backfield. Singletary restored Buffalo's two-possession lead in the fourth quarter with a two-yard rushing touchdown, notably getting the call in close over Moss, who had been Buffalo's preferred short-yardage back earlier in the season. The 24-year-old running back has a modest four touchdowns this season, but Singletary has scored in consecutive games heading into a Week 17 visit from the Falcons.
