Impact Even with both Devin Singletary and Zack Moss (concussion) active, Breida got in on the fun against a Jets defense that has been the worst in the league when it comes to defending running backs. While all three members of Buffalo's backfield rotation got into the end zone, Breida managed to do so twice. He hauled in a 15-yard touchdown to cap the Bills' opening drive and later ran one in from 15 yards out in the third quarter. Moss' limitations in practice while he recovered from the concussion opened up an opportunity for Breida to get more reps during the week and larger involvement in the game plan, but it remains to be seen if that trend continues in Week 11 against the Colts.

Impact After having his practice participation capped while he was in concussion protocol throughout the week, Moss was outplayed by both Devin Singletary and Matt Breida, though all three Buffalo running backs scored at least one touchdown against the hapless Jets defense. Moss's one-yard plunge to put the Bills up 38-3 in the third quarter was his first fifth scrimmage touchdown of the season but first since Week 4. He'll likely continue to get the majority of short-yardage opportunities while working in a backfield timeshare in Week 11 against the Colts.

Impact Diggs did a significant chunk of his damage in the two-minute drill to close out the first half. With the Bills leading only 10-3, he hauled in a 47-yard deep ball before catching a 12-yard touchdown four plays later. That turned out to be the first of four consecutive Bills touchdowns, with the next three all coming on the ground in the third quarter. Diggs hasn't been able to replicate last year's phenomenal season, as he came in with just one other 100-yard receiving performance -- a 114-yard effort against Houston in Week 4. While he's proven he can beat up on the dregs of the NFL, Diggs is still searching for a signature performance against quality competition, which he'll look to deliver in Week 11 against the Colts.

Josh Allen - Bounces back with over 350 yards Allen completed 21 of 28 passes for 366 yards, two touchdowns and an interception in Sunday's 45-17 win over the Jets. He added three yards on two rushing attempts.
Impact After failing to lead his team into the end zone in last week's upset loss to Jacksonville, Allen didn't take long to end his touchdown drought, capping Buffalo's first drive with a 15-yard touchdown pass to third-string running back Matt Breida. He added a 12-yard touchdown pass to Stefon Diggs in the final minute of the first half to take a 17-3 lead into the halftime break, and it was all Bills after that, as they built up a 38-3 lead by the end of the third quarter. Allen set a new season high in passing yards while eclipsing 350 for the third time, and he has also tossed multiple touchdown passes in all but two games this season, so he'll remain a top-end fantasy option under center in Week 11 against the generous Colts secondary.
