Matt Milano - Gets in limited practice Milano (biceps) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.

Impact Milano was officially designated to return from injured reserve Wednesday, opening his 21-day practice window. He suffered a torn biceps back on Aug. 15 and has yet to play this season. Milano is not expected to be activated in time for Sunday's clash with the Chiefs, but a return to the field appears to be in the near future.

Keon Coleman - Listed as DNP Coleman (wrist) is listed as a non-participant on Wednesday's injury report.

Impact The Bills conducted a walk-through practice, three days after a 30-20 win over the Colts for which both Coleman and Amari Cooper (wrist) were inactive. The team estimates that Coleman wouldn't have been able to partake in an actual practice, whereas Cooper is listed as a limited participant, suggesting the veteran is more likely than the rookie to play this Sunday against the Chiefs.

Matt Milano - Returns to practice Milano (biceps) was designated to return from injured reserve Wednesday, Katherine Fitzgerald of The Buffalo News reports.

Impact Milano will now have a 21-day window to practice with the team before needing to be moved to the active roster. The Boston College product is expected to practice in a limited fashion Wednesday when he returns to the field and is not expected to play Sunday against the Chiefs.

Spencer Brown - Not practicing Wednesday Brown (undisclosed) did not participate in Buffalo's walkthrough practice Wednesday, Katherine Fitzgerald of The Buffalo News reports.

Impact The nature of what kept him out of practice is unclear, but Coach Sean McDermott said Wednesday that he's "hopeful" Brown will be able to play in Week 11 versus the Chiefs. If he were to log a full practice Thursday or Friday, he would probably avoid carrying an injury designation into the weekend.

Amari Cooper - To be listed as limited Wednesday Cooper (wrist) will be deemed a limited participant in Wednesday's walk-through, Ryan O'Halloran of The Buffalo News reports.

Impact While fellow wideout Keon Coleman (wrist) has already been ruled out this week, Cooper's status for Sunday's game against the Chiefs has yet to be determined. He's missed the Bills' last two contests, but per Maddy Glab of the team's official site, head coach Sean McDermott noted Monday that the veteran wideout has been improving, which offers some hope regarding his Week 11 status.

Dalton Kincaid - Not practicing Wednesday Head coach Sean McDermott said that Kincaid (knee) won't participate in Wednesday's walk-through, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.

Impact Kinkaid hurt his knee in this past Sunday's win over the Colts, and with the tight end's looming 'DNP' in mind, his status ahead of this weekend's game against the Chiefs is uncertain. If Kincaid is limited or out in Week, 11 Dawson Knox would step in as the Bills' starting TE versus Kansas City.

Ty Johnson - Targeted three times in Week 10 Johnson caught all three of his targets for 32 yards in Sunday's 30-20 win over the Colts.

Impact Johnson failed to record a single rush in the contest. The Bills' No. 3 running back has now totaled just 17 rushing attempts for 99 yards and a score on the ground through 10 weeks, while playing behind teammates James Cook and Ray Davis. Johnson has also recorded eight catches for 97 yards and two touchdowns in Buffalo's passing game so far in 2024. With Cook and Davis both healthy, the 27-year-old Johnson doesn't hold much value for fantasy purposes. The Bills will host the Chiefs in Week 11.

Curtis Samuel - Reels in four passes Samuel caught four of eight targets for 35 yards in Sunday's 30-20 win over the Colts.

Impact Samuel's eight targets and four receptions were both season-high totals in each category. Despite his increased involvement in the offense, the veteran wideout struggled to get much going against the Colts. With both Amari Cooper (wrist) and Keon Coleman (wrist) sidelined, Samuel led all Buffalo wide receivers in offensive snaps (66). Going forward, the 28-year-old should continue to struggle to see consistent usage in Buffalo's offense, especially with the impending returns of Cooper and Coleman. The Bills are set to host the Chiefs in Week 11.

Ray Davis - Handles three carries in win Davis rushed three times for six yards in Sunday's 30-20 win over the Colts.

Impact Davis was minimally involved in Sunday's contest, as the rookie running back was on the field for just 11 of the Bills' 74 offensive snaps while starter James Cook played 41 snaps. As long as the latter remains healthy, the 25-year-old Davis should continue to see limited usage out of Buffalo's backfield. Davis is best viewed as solid insurance policy behind Cook going forward. The Bills will host the Chiefs in Week 11.
