Impact Phillips was a star in the XFL, leading the league in receptions (31), receiving yards (455) and touchdowns (nine) through just five contests. The 24-year-old wideout couldn't make a quick transition to the NFL, though, but if he clears waivers, he could be a valuable practice-squad player.
