Finds work in Dallas The Cowboys signed Watkins off the Commanders' practice squad Wednesday, Calvin Watkins of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Impact Head coach Mike McCarthy told reporters that Watkins was signed to help Dallas replace Jordan Phillips (wrist), who was placed on injured reserve Wednesday. Watkins appeared in two regular-season games with the Cardinals in 2023, recording seven total tackles and one pass defended over 40 defensive snaps.
